The Color Run Shine Tour
The Color Run, often referred to as the Happiest 5k on Earth, is an exciting color run that promotes wellness, joy, and self-expression.
Since its inception, The Color Run has transformed into the largest event series globally, witnessing substantial growth with over 300 events in more than 50 countries in 2014.
Our family had the chance to experience it last year, taking part as a group of six.
I had my reservations about Emma and Ethan completing the distance, but they had an absolute blast without a single complaint!
This year promises even more excitement for them thanks to this year’s race kit.
All participants in 2015 will receive a special edition Shine Tour Participant Kit that includes:
- custom race t-shirt
- gold finisher’s medal
- tricolor headband with silver stitching
- exclusive shine packet
- glimmering tattoos
It’s all about getting “bling” with added perks!
The 5k course and the finish festival will be more vibrant than ever!
Look out for a unique Sparkle Zone and fantastic photo opportunities along the route. Get ready for confetti showers, glittering clouds of color, and much more at the finish festival!

I’m not sure I can do a 5k run, but my older kids would love this. It’s happening in my town; I will definitely let them know!
