Quick and Easy Strawberry Mousse Pie Recipe

With Memorial Day around the corner, it’s time to prepare for barbeques and summer gatherings.

When summer hits, my go-to flavor is anything featuring strawberry.

This delightful Strawberry Mousse Pie is straightforward to make, requiring just four ingredients!

Gather the following ingredients:

1 packet of Strawberry Jell-O
2/3 cup Boiling Water
4 Ice Cubes
8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup sliced Strawberries
1 cup diced Strawberries
1 Graham Cracker Crust

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Jell-O and boiling water. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved.
  2. Introduce the ice cubes into the mixture and stir until it cools and starts to thicken.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and then incorporate the diced strawberries.
  4. Pour the combined mixture into the prepared crust and let it chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
  5. Before serving, add a layer of whipped cream (if desired) and top with the sliced strawberries.

Instructions

  3. Incorporate the Cool Whip and then add in the diced strawberries.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and chill it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
  5. Optionally, add whipped cream and sliced strawberries on top just before serving.
