Simple Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

I discovered a fantastic recipe for an easy chicken salad on Moscato Mom that changed the way I utilize leftover chicken.
I don’t typically measure ingredients; I simply adjust according to my preferences. Here’s how I made my lunch today!
You will need:
precooked chicken
Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
sliced almonds
an apple
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Begin by chopping the desired quantity of chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.

I typically add about 1/4 of an apple for a single serving, choosing whatever type I prefer; I’m especially fond of pink lady apples.
Dice it into small pieces.

I also incorporate a generous amount of sliced almonds—filling almost the entire lid of my mason jar.

Mix everything together in a bowl and add enough mayonnaise to make the mixture cohesive and somewhat moist.
Sample the mixture; if you desire a bit more flavor, drop in a touch of Worcestershire sauce.

The new Hellmann’s mayonnaise has a precision tip that allows you to sprinkle a little love into your dish. Feel free to add a sweet note!

I always season my mixture with salt and pepper before serving, adjusting it to fit my taste.
This meal is incredibly versatile! I often eat the chicken salad straight from the bowl, wrap it in a lettuce leaf, or spread it on my bread of choice to create a sandwich.
