Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Without Churning
Our family enjoys all things mint-flavored and we don’t wait for special occasions to indulge.
With St. Patrick’s Day approaching, we thought it would be a delightful idea to whip up some mint ice cream.
The best part? It’s incredibly easy to prepare, and you won’t need an ice cream maker.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Mint Extract
Green Food Coloring
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a sizable mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, food coloring, and mint extract using a whisk.
2. Whip the heavy cream at high speed until soft peaks form.
3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
4. Cover the pan with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
