Minions Popcorn Delight

Recently, Minions have taken over our home after watching Despicable Me and the new Minions film. What could be more enjoyable than having a massive bowl of Minions Popcorn while watching the movie?

This recipe is both easy and quick, including a few special ingredients that we usually don’t keep on hand, but I make an exception for fun occasions! 😄

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS

• 2 bags of microwave butter popcorn (I opted for Pop Secret) – the butter flavor is essential to achieve that bright yellow color.
• Wilton white cookie icing (preferably from a squeeze bottle)
• Wilton candy eyes (both large and small)
• Wilton blue sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare popcorn according to the package instructions.
2. Transfer the popped popcorn to a bowl and allow it to cool completely.
3. Once it’s cooled down, drizzle the cookie icing over the popcorn (make sure it’s cooled; otherwise, the icing will just melt away).
4. Sprinkle on the blue sprinkles and add the candy eyes.
5. Savor your creation!
