Crafting the Ideal Twisty Braid
My daughter Emma has recently developed a keen sense of style. With her strong preferences for outfits and hairstyles, I find myself quite occupied trying to keep up.

When I got the opportunity to try out the Quick Twist, I jumped at the chance. The twisty braid is a popular trend that Emma had previously asked me to do manually. Having a device that could streamline this process would be a game-changer.

As a mom who prefers simpler hairstyles, I often just pull Emma’s hair back or throw it into a messy bun. However, the Quick Twist is incredibly easy to handle and effortlessly produces beautiful twisty braids with just one button press and a few simple twists. It has made the task enjoyable for me.
To begin, secure the ends of two sections of hair and stretch them tight.

Next, just press the button to twist the strands up thoroughly. Once that’s done, twist the tool in the direction indicated by the arrow on the wand to bind the two strands together.

During school hours, I encourage Emma to let me style her hair back to keep it clear of her face. Initially, she often regards the look as “dumb” with a roll of the eyes. However, when I use the Quick Twist on the section I pull back, she adores it and heads out the door beaming.

On dance evenings, she insists on having all her hair pulled back, typically in a ponytail. I enhance the previous hairstyle slightly, twisting two sections on either side of her head and securing them. I then gather everything into a ponytail, giving her a finished look that she enjoys. I’m thrilled that she no longer complains about her “ugly” ponytail!
