Quick and Easy Strawberry Mousse Pie Recipe
With Memorial Day around the corner, it’s time to prepare for barbeques and summer gatherings.
When summer hits, my go-to flavor is anything featuring strawberry.
This delightful Strawberry Mousse Pie is straightforward to make, requiring just four ingredients!

Gather the following ingredients:
1 packet of Strawberry Jell-O
2/3 cup Boiling Water
4 Ice Cubes
8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup sliced Strawberries
1 cup diced Strawberries
1 Graham Cracker Crust

- In a medium bowl, combine the Jell-O and boiling water. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved.
- Introduce the ice cubes into the mixture and stir until it cools and starts to thicken.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip and then incorporate the diced strawberries.
- Pour the combined mixture into the prepared crust and let it chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Before serving, add a layer of whipped cream (if desired) and top with the sliced strawberries.

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
- Add ice cubes and mix until the Jell-O cools and starts to thicken.
- Incorporate the Cool Whip and then add in the diced strawberries.
- Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and chill it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
- Optionally, add whipped cream and sliced strawberries on top just before serving.
