Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oats Recipe

With school out, the kids have more time to sleep in (at least, that’s what we hope).
My children are now at an age where they can let us catch a few extra minutes of rest, provided there’s a simple breakfast ready for them the night before.
This easy Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oats recipe allows them to whip up their breakfast and enjoy it straight from the fridge.
INGREDIENTS (per serving)
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Raspberry Preserves
1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries

DIRECTIONS
In a mason jar, mix together the oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and raspberry preserves.
Secure the lid and shake thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
When ready to serve, remove the lid and add fresh raspberries on top.
