Pumpkin Pretzels for Halloween
My children are big fans of pretzels in all forms – plain, with peanut butter, paired with Nutella, and especially those drizzled with chocolate or coated in candy.
This straightforward recipe takes candy-coated pretzels up a notch, making them perfect for fall festivities and Halloween celebrations.
They look absolutely delightful, whether adorned with a Jack-o’-lantern face or not!
INGREDIENTS
24 Mini Pretzels
1 cup of Orange Candy Melting Chips
24 Green Mini M&Ms

DIRECTIONS
1. Arrange the pretzels on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
2. Microwave the orange candy melting chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until they are fully melted. Let them cool for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Dip each pretzel into the melted candy and place them on the sheet to allow them to set.
4. Pour the melted candy into one corner of a zip-top bag and cut a small piece off the corner to create a piping bag.
5. Pipe the candy onto the pretzel to shape it like a pumpkin, smoothing it out with your finger if needed.
6. Add a green mini M&M on the side to represent the stem (you can use a little extra melted candy as glue if necessary).
7. Chill the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so the candy can harden.
8. Optionally, you can melt a black candy chip for 45-60 seconds and use a toothpick to draw a Jack-o’-lantern face on your pretzels.

And there you have it! Simple, adorable & delicious!
