Peanut Butter Cup Blondies Recipe

Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

Chocolate chip bars have always been my favorite cookie—they perfectly blend the textures of cookies and cake.

Moreover, I have an undeniable love for anything involving peanut butter cups.

When you combine peanut butter cups with cookies, it creates sheer happiness.

Here’s what you’ll need:
– 1 cup Peanut Butter
– 1/4 cup softened Butter
– 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
– 1/4 cup Sugar
– 1 Egg
– 2 tbsp Milk
– 1 tsp Vanilla
– 1 cup Flour
– 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
– 1/8 tsp Salt
– 10 oz Reese’s Snack Size

Blondie Preparation

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease an 8-inch baking pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until smooth.
4. Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla until fully incorporated.

Mixing Batter

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; then combine this with the peanut butter mixture and mix well.
6. Pour half of the mixture into the greased pan.

Chopped Reese's

7. Chop 9 Reese’s into small pieces.

Layering Ingredients

8. Evenly distribute the chopped peanut butter cups over the layer of batter.
9. Spoon the remaining batter over the Reese’s pieces.
10. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
11. While still warm, chop 3 additional Reese’s into pieces and lightly press them into the top of the blondies.
12. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Final Blondies

Now, try your hardest not to devour the entire batch at once! 😄
