DIRECTIONS
Introduce 8 drops of food coloring to the peanut butter and mix thoroughly to enhance its appearance for the “mouth.”
Remove the sides of the apple while retaining a 1-inch section at the center that includes the core.
Cut each side into halves and create a wedge in each one to form the mouth.
If preparing these ahead of time, apply lemon juice to the cut sections of the apple to prevent browning.
Stuff the mouth with peanut butter.
If using smaller apples, only one set of teeth might fit.
To prepare marshmallows, leave them exposed on the counter for several hours to allow them to dry, making them easier to cut.
Utilize scissors to cut diagonally for fangs or horizontally for teeth.
For almond slivers, use a knife to create a clean edge for the teeth.
